broken air conditioning awful noise
the location was acceptable, just a short walk to the tram.
My room was not what i expected. the air conditioning didn't work, and i ended up sweating through the night. also, the noise from other rooms was awful. I could hear every toilet flush and conversation, so rest was minimal.

I appreciated the central location. It was close to many attractions. The staff helped me with directions and local tips. They were very helpful. The breakfast offered a pleasant start to the day with tasty croissants and a variety of interesting jams.
The elevator was quite small. It only accommodated a few people at a time.

central location helpful receptionist excellent service
The location is very central and convenient. It is close to many shops, restaurants, and attractions. The staff was helpful, kind, and nice. The receptionists offered excellent service.
The air conditioning did not work in the room. I did not fuss about it. I was out most of the day, so I did not address the issue.
