“The hotel's prime location puts guests steps away from Nice's main attractions and transport, a considerable advantage. I noted some reports of maintenance issues and thin walls that might affect light sleepers, which, coupled with dated décor in some rooms, suggests an inconsistent experience. Despite this, the competitive pricing and personalized service such as luggage handling make it a reasonable choice for budget-conscious travellers who prioritize location.”

broken air conditioning awful noise
the location was acceptable, just a short walk to the tram.
My room was not what i expected. the air conditioning didn't work, and i ended up sweating through the night. also, the noise from other rooms was awful. I could hear every toilet flush and conversation, so rest was minimal.
